Myself and countless other honest mum and dad investors have lost many millions of dollars to dishonest businessman Sasha Hopkins. His business ‘The A Team Property Group’ had many of its investment entities (Esplanade Brighton Pty Ltd ATF Esplanade Brighton Trust, Hunter Capital Investments Pty Ltd, Lash Hopkins Investments Pty Ltd etc) put into administration in late 2020 after numerous delayed and failed projects. Many of these were put into liquidation in the first half of 2021, please see the official notices from ASIC here and here and here.
